The team is responsible for approximately 40 enterprise applications, including imaging post-processing platforms, artificial intelligence solutions, and voice recognition applications. By partnering closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams, the Post-Processing team ensures these systems are reliable, secure, and optimized to support patient care across a wide range of service lines and specialties throughout the organization. Banner Health is currently seeking an IT Coordinator II to deliver at-the-elbow technical support in the Wray, Colorado area. As an IT Coordinator II, you will work closely with IT colleagues, employees, leaders, and physicians to ensure reliable technology support and a positive user experience. This is an ONSITE position generally operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional schedule flexibility based on business needs. This position assigns, monitors, and fulfills or resolves IT service requests and support incidents in the service management system to ensure high quality customer service. This position leads workflow of customer service requests and is responsible for providing user level support for assigned IT activities. This position is responsible for leading IT projects for a single facility, or group of small facilities, ensuring timely customer interactions and satisfaction.
Estimated Pay Range: $27.78 - $40.22 / hour Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Banner Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This range is based on possible base salaries and does not include the value of our total rewards package. Actual pay determined at offer will be based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location, along with a review of current employees in similar roles to ensure pay equity is achieved and maintained.
