Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and one year of relevant experience required.

• A+ and Net+ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides and resolves IT service requests and support incidents across facilities.
• Leads IT projects for one facility or a group of small facilities.
• Coordinates installation, configuration and maintenance of desktop, mobile, and telephony equipment.
• Manages IT procurement and asset management functions.
• Coordinates or facilitates IT service delivery within a facility and interfaces with customers throughout the lifecycle.
