Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of standard work routines, equipment and day-to-day activities.
• Applies intermediate level instructions and procedures to resolve IT problems; selects best option.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers; supports IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and applications.
• Supports Help Desk, Desktop Support or Audio/Visual teams as needed.
