Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 1 year relevant IT service experience.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team across the system.
• Experience with desktop, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
• Experience with IT service delivery and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provides and enhances customer support for IT services and project management.
• Manages service requests and coordinates resources.
• Communicates with customers through lifecycle of the provided service.
• Leads IT projects for a facility or group of facilities.
• Tracks actions in service management system.
