Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will greet customers, assist with rentals, and use U-Scan tech to manage inventories and invoices. You will help move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers about products and services.

The role includes opportunities for certification in propane filling, forklift operation, and ongoing U-Haul University training. This position offers on-the-job education and a path to growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including fluid checks.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.

Responsibilities

• Install hitches and trailer wiring as needed.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Other duties as assigned.
