Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, service‑driven team. You will assist customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment setup, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return gear.

The role includes opportunities for ongoing education through U-Haul University and hands-on training for rewards and advancement. The position emphasizes safety, customer focus, and teamwork, with responsibilities ranging from operating U-Scan systems to preparing invoices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
