Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise system upgrades, migrations, or platform transitions.
• Experience coordinating structured data transformation projects, including schema changes or data model modernization.
• Strong technical project management skills and ability to translate requirements into action plans.
• Understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, and related workflows.
• Experience managing software vendor engagements and professional services.
• Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a major enterprise software upgrade across multiple applications.
• Coordinate data migration from legacy to modern data models with validation and documentation.
• Identify dependencies and manage impacts on downstream systems and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, services teams, and SMEs to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee workstreams including configuration, testing, and environment promotions.
• Maintain schedules, risk logs, and status reports; communicate progress to stakeholders.
