NTT DATA Services is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a complex Oracle EBS upgrade from planning through production deployment and stabilization. The role requires coordinating across Oracle EBS applications, databases, infrastructure, and third-party teams to ensure successful delivery in a primarily remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project/program management, including hands-on leadership of at least two full-lifecycle Oracle EBS upgrades or transformations, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience in enterprise environments.
• 5–7 years of hands-on PM experience leading at least two full-lifecycle Oracle EBS upgrades or major transformations.
• 5+ years of ERP/application upgrade program management across multiple functions and workstreams.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS architecture, modules, integrations, and upgrade dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS upgrade lifecycle from planning to production deployment, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Develop and manage the integrated upgrade strategy, milestones, and schedule.
• Coordinate across Oracle EBS apps, databases, infrastructure, integrations, and third-party teams.
