Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Must have PMP certification.
• Minimum of 5 years IT work experience, including 2+ years managing projects.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture.
• Experience with collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication with management across organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office.
• Ability to maintain detailed project plans and WBS.
• Experience with meeting facilitation and status reporting.
• Experience with criminal justice technology.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate as a key member of the project team.
• Coordinate contract management to ensure deliverables and milestones are met.
• Develop, implement and maintain project documentation, strategies and plans.
• Provide problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of project risks and opportunities.
• Monitor the project status and escalate changes that may inhibit success.
• Track key project milestones and adjust plans and resources as needed.
• Assist with coordination of project documentation and plans.
• Support grant applications, budget requests, and governance documentation.
• Assist with resource coordination between Project Managers.
• Work with users and developers to understand business requirements.
• Participate in testing efforts with stakeholders and other applications.
• Lead and participate in team, stakeholder, and technical meetings.
• Support the project team and perform other duties as assigned.
• Create and update project documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with Florida’s 60GG-1 standards.
