Job summary

Strategic Mindz LLC in Albany, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the modernization of the Child Support Management System within an Integrated Eligibility System program. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget, working with state stakeholders and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Consultants may telecommute up to 100% with manager approval; onsite meetings in Albany are required for major milestones.

Qualifications

• Nine or more years of experience managing complex IT projects, including modernization initiatives.
• Experience in Integrated Eligibility System programs, especially health and human services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of CSMS/IES projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor and inter-agency coordination and data exchanges.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with program objectives.
