Job summary

NetSafe Solutions is a Charlotte-based managed IT company providing on-site support and project delivery across the Carolinas. We are hiring an Onsite IT Technician to work in client offices and server rooms, owning project pieces from planning through delivery and helping onboard new customers cleanly.

You will perform tenant administration, workstation setup, and infrastructure tasks, collaborating with a hands-on team and maintaining clear notes and documentation for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in MSP, IT support, or systems administration (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong Windows desktop skills and real Microsoft 365 / Entra tenant administration experience.
• Comfortable working on site with clients and non-technical staff.
• Able to manage your own day: prioritize tickets and projects, show up prepared, finish what you start.
• Experience running multi-step technical work end to end, not just single tickets.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing onsite work at client locations across the Charlotte area.
• Perform Microsoft 365 tenant work: users, groups, licenses, Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID basics, and day-to-day tenant administration.
• Troubleshoot workstation and endpoint issues, including printers and peripherals, and Windows client problems.
• Support servers and infrastructure basics: Windows Server, Active Directory, file shares, backups, and basic networking as assigned.
• Lead IT projects: PC rollouts, server replacements, 365 migrations, office moves, and infrastructure upgrades with clear task ownership.
