Job summary

Rapak LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure production and facility equipment uptime. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment according to safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problem solving, with readiness for overtime, weekends, and extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial/mfg experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring instruments (rulers, micrometers) preferred.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance to ensure production equipment runs.
• Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs during production.
• Prepare machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance.
• Diagnose problems and replace/repair parts; test and adjust.
• Use hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Comply with safety regulations; maintain clean work area.
