Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Security+ certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with Linux, Cisco, and other proprietary systems.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, server administration, and storage solutions.
• Experience with networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support for global systems and applications across the program.
• Provide technical assistance for Linux, Cisco, and proprietary systems.
• Support software migrations, including RHEL updates.
• Plan, execute, and troubleshoot software release lifecycles.
• Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Identify, report and communicate all known issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide operational updates (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Manage multiple tasks during high workload; document issues via JSM, troubleshoot.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve or escalate issues.
• Mitigate risks via Change Control Process.
• Train and mentor team on troubleshooting and triaging complex systems problems.
• Ensure operational reporting meets SLAs and program expectations.
• Prioritize and elevate issues; maintain system availability.
• Occasional overtime and on-call may be required.
