Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years related technical or military experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical teams or operations support functions.
• Strong background in SIGINT, ISR operations and associated systems.
• Experience with Navy cryptologic systems such as SSEE INC E/F, BANSHEE, CCOP.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and distributed systems.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (e.g., CompTIA NET+).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of operations support specialists.
• Provide strategic direction for CACI systems (APERTURE, POINTGUARD, GEOnet).
• Oversee customer support workflows and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and approve training plans (virtual, onsite, or classroom).
• Drive operational readiness with Linux-based maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with development, security, PM, and support teams.
• Own the operational bug-tracking cycle in JIRA with clear communication.
• Produce high-level operational metrics and executive summaries.
• Represent CACI during customer engagements with briefings and demos.
