Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities.
• Experience working in a multi-site or distributed environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Springfield, MA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead technical resource for internal IT operations and end-user support.
• Support and maintain Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and related systems.
• Assist with infrastructure management, system upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Help drive cybersecurity best practices, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior IT staff and end users.
• Participate in IT planning, prioritization, and project execution.
• Support multiple locations and travel occasionally to regional sites as needed.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical environments.
