Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 3-4 years related experience.
• Experience with LANs, WANs, PCs, messaging and server software.
• Working knowledge of major desktop OS (Windows 2000/NT/XP).
• High level of technical proficiency with microcomputer products.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and test system hardware at customer site, including setup and diagnostics.
• Complete documentation for each service call for accurate billing and returns.
• Diagnose and resolve software configuration problems and hardware issues.
• Install, test, and configure network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN).
