Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking an Onsite Technology Specialist to install, manage, and support network, server, and PC environments at our Arkansas sites. You’ll coordinate with Network Operations, Server, and UC teams to ensure reliable IT services and asset management, while facilitating onboarding and tech education for Mill users.

You will engage in printing, mobility, and asset disposal activities, maintain security and continuity plans, and contribute to multi-year IT roadmaps.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent tech experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience, or 7–9+ years of hands-on.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems (Windows XP/7/10/11) and Windows Server (2003–2019).
• Knowledgeable in Cisco networking, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and firewalls.

Mansioni

• Network and server support with guidance from Network Operations and Server teams.
• PC deployment, imaging, and inventory management via ServiceNow; end‑to‑end ownership.
• Printer fleet management; basic support and vendor escalation.
• Unified Communications (UC) support and mobility services assistance.
• Coordinate local infrastructure projects; ensure LAN/WAN compliance and security controls.
• Liaise between Mill and centralized technology teams; onboard new employees and educate users on KC technologies.
