Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking an Onsite Technology Specialist to install, maintain, and support network, server, and PC environments at the Neenah site. You will manage imaging, inventory, UC equipment, and IT service processes with a focus on uptime and security.

The role requires strong Windows Server, Cisco networking, and ServiceNow expertise, plus the ability to work on-site and support after-hours as needed.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with proven technical skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, or 7–9+ years hands-on IT work.
• Troubleshoot computer issues across Windows OS and server platforms.
• Experience with Cisco networking, LAN/WAN, and firewalls.

Mansioni

• Network Support: installs and supports network equipment with guidance from Network Operations.
• Server Support: installs and maintains physical/virtual servers, IOS upgrades, and patches.
• PC Deployment: end-to-end imaging, deployment and inventory management via Service-Now.
• Printing/UC/ Mobility: manage fleet and deploy UC equipment with team support.
• Surplus coordination: manage IT hardware disposal and inventory records.
• Site infrastructure: ensure LAN/WAN and related systems meet security controls.
