Qualifications

• 5–7+ years IT support, networking, or infra experience.
• Experience with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Onsite availability in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects and coordinate with the IT Site Leader.
• Independently manage project tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Track progress and identify risks, dependencies, obstacles.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate between local teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining support duties.
• Provide deskside and device support as needed.
• Support networking and infrastructure tasks and security compliance.
• Participate in IT operations and incident management.
