Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT Service Desk and systems administration with L1–L3 responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AD, networking, and endpoint support.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional IT Service Desk support for on-site and remote users.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, MFA, and email services.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, file/print services, and system integrations.
• Support virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor performance, resources, and issues; proactively resolve problems.
• Install and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and security updates.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, VLANs, routers, and related tech.
• Document configurations, procedures, and support activities in DOC management systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors and ensure proper issue tracking.
