Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to provide on-site and remote technical support for end users, ensuring reliable IT operations and secure infrastructure. Based in Melville, NY, the role supports regional locations and maintains systems, user access, and IT procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with travel to local sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field.
• 3+ years of IT service desk and systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AD, networking, and endpoint support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for end users.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, accounts, MFA, emails, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain Windows Server environments and related infrastructure.
• Support virtualization, storage, backups, and DR processes.
• Monitor system performance and assets; document configurations and procedures.
