Job summary

Crew and Turnberry Solutions seek an on-site IT infrastructure associate to support PCs, servers, printers, and network devices at our Indianapolis site. You will manage ITSM tickets, assist in software support (Office 365, Teams) and maintain dashboards for IT metrics.

The role requires 2+ years of IT experience, Windows Server skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience supporting PCs, servers, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and triaging site infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site.
• Support desktops, laptops, NetPCs and servers, printers, VoIP phones, and network troubleshooting.
• Provide Standard and Local Software support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Accept and update/close ITSM tickets per SLA.
• Maintain dashboard expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, Telecom, and System Vulnerabilities.
• Attend and comply with plant, corporate IT, and safety trainings.
