Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site
- Involved in supporting desktops, laptops, NetPCs and servers, printers, VoIP phones, and network troubleshooting
- Provide Standard and Local Software support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Accept and update/close ITSM tickets in a timely manner per Service Level Agreement
- Maintain dashboard expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, Telecom, and System Vulnerabilities
- Attend and comply with all plant, corporate IT, and safety required training or activities
Qualifications- HS Diploma
- Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure as follows:
- 2+ years of IT experience supporting PCs, servers, printers, and network infrastructure
- Wintel/Linux NetPCs, Standard and Process PCs
- Microsoft Windows Server OS
- HP and Manufacturing printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
- Ethernet, Wireless, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VoIP Phones and VPN
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal work direction by applying skills
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
