Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services is seeking a Branch Engineer to deliver on-site IT support for clients in Indianapolis, with a focus on timely site arrivals, issue resolution, and escalation to remote teams when needed. You will work with our project team on network rollouts, server migrations, and Office 365 deployments while joining an on-call schedule.

This full-time onsite role requires maintaining hands-on expertise across desktop, server, and network environments and occasional travel.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on IT support and field engineering experience.
Experience with Windows Server 2022 and Office 365 deployments and management.
Strong diagnostic and ticket-tracking abilities.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support and issue resolution for clients.
Coordinate with Dispatch and remote teams when issues can\'t be resolved onsite.
Assist with network infrastructure rollouts, server migrations, and Office 365 deployments.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for clients and internal teams.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
