Job summary

Cardone Training Technologies (CTTI) is seeking a Hands-On Helpdesk Technician II to support desktop and hardware issues across a national team. You’ll manage user accounts in Google Workspace, M365, Zoom, and related SaaS, while maintaining printers, workstations, and AV assets for events.

The role emphasizes fast-paced problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and contributing to uptime across sales, events, marketing, and leadership. Onsite in Florida with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Helpdesk or Desktop Support.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and ChromeOS.
• Printer and network printing troubleshooting expertise.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace Admin Console.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Zoom.
• Hands-on hardware repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with basic AV tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II desktop support for Windows and MacOS.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and peripherals.
• Set up and configure printers including network printing.
• Provision/deprovision user accounts in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and related SaaS.
• Document actions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Maintain hardware inventories and assist IT refresh rollouts.
• Coordinate with IT staff for escalations.
• Assist with workstation prep for new hires and office moves.
• Support conference room AV and basic event tech setup.
• Produce end-user SOPs for common issues.
