Job summary

SolvdUS, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our on-site team in Lenexa, KS.

This role handles hardware setup, imaging, deployment, and disposal, in addition to software support and ticketing across multiple offices and facilities. The ideal candidate will perform light to heavy physical tasks, trouble-shoot issues, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT desktop support or hardware management experience.
• Experience with Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira/Freshservice).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or MS Fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down, and relocate workspaces including heavy hardware.
• Image and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Triage, log, and resolve IT requests via the service desk.
• Assist remote users via screen sharing and remote access tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment between rooms and offices.
