Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows laptops and desktops.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory basics.
• Good networking understanding and IT ticketing familiarity.
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Nashville.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite, face-to-face IT support at the Genius Bar for employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and account issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 applications and authentication.
• Perform basic Active Directory tasks like password resets and account unlocks.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
