Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Field Services Support specialist to manage day-to-day onsite end-user support across client locations. The role owns IMAC requests, handles break-fix incidents, and supports infrastructure projects with responsibility for SLA attainment and customer satisfaction.

The position is full-time and onsite with travel between sites as required. New hires start December 2026 and work at the Des Moines, IA facility, with an annual salary of $45,000

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years in IT end-user/field services support.
• Knowledge of ITIL incident, request, change, problem and asset management.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ManageEngine, ServiceNow, BMC).
• Strong Windows and macOS endpoints, M365, AD/Entra ID, Okta, CrowdStrike, Webex, printers and mobile devices.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and SLAs under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day onsite end-user support across client locations.
• Own IMAC requests and ensure accurate asset lifecycle records.
• Provide desk-side support for devices and peripherals; log and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with various IT teams and vendors; escalate as needed.
• Plan onsite support for infrastructure projects and report milestones.
• Maintain ITIL processes and security/data handling policies.
