Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in Des Moines, IA seeks a Field Services Support professional to deliver onsite end-user support across client locations. You will own IMAC requests, handle incidents, and help meet SLAs; this is a full-time onsite role with travel between sites.

Starting December 2026, the position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 plus Cognizant’s incentive program and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement as listed: High School diploma or higher.
• 02 years in IT end-user/field services support.
• ITIL incident, request, change, problem and asset management experience.
• Hands-on with ITSM tools such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow or BMC Remedy/Helix.
• Strong Windows and MacOS endpoint experience; familiarity with M365, AD/Entra ID, Okta, CrowdStrike, Webex, printers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ITSM queues and balance work based on impact, urgency and SLA.
• Coordinate VIP and executive support, incidents and outages, balancing BAU and project work.
• Own IMAC requests: set up computers, peripherals and software for end users.
