OneOncology is seeking a Field Support Technician II to be the primary on-site IT resource for practice locations, delivering hands-on support for hardware, software, networking, and clinical tech systems. The role requires travel between Hickory and Charlotte area sites and includes remote service desk support when not traveling.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in technology/service desk, with a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of ITIL, A+, and Microsoft products.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recent experience in technology, service desk, and helpdesk.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Healthcare related experience a plus.
• ITIL certifications a plus.
• Basic certification in A+ and Microsoft Products is preferred; education and/or demonstrated experience may be substituted.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day IT service delivery, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and other tech support activities.
• Respond to user requests for assistance with computer systems, providing high-quality, user-focused support.
• Log, track, and proactively maintain records of issues to ensure efficient resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary; coordinate with other teams for timely outcomes.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations and travel to other locations as required.
