Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking an IT Field Service Tech to perform on-site IT duties at multiple market centers within the Charlotte area. The role includes installing and maintaining center IT equipment, managing cables, and coordinating with IT Service Desk for remote support when needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare IT, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to travel between centers. This is an on-site role within ArchWell Health’s centers.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience preferred.
• Two+ years in healthcare IT support or related field is desirable.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support across ArchWell Health centers during market hours.
• Install and maintain IT equipment, cables, and endpoints on-site.
• Collaborate with IT Service Desk for remote support when needed.
• Create and update tickets, checklists, and status updates daily.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Travel between centers up to 20% annually and drive as required.
