Qualifications

• 2+ years IT Field Service Technician experience.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience.
• Associate degree preferred (not required).
• CompTIA A+/NET+ certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/PCI healthcare regs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support at Urgent Care locations.
• Install, configure and test hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot network, server and endpoint issues.
• Support deployments and first-day site rollouts.
• Maintain clear documentation of work and ticket updates.
