TEKsystems seeks a Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support in Murrells Inlet/Georgetown region of South Carolina, focusing on clinical healthcare environments.

You will troubleshoot, image, deploy, and support desktops and peripherals, while handling tickets and daily IT operations across multiple locations. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows environments and desktop support.
• Familiarity with imaging and deployments.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for clinical and administrative staff.
• Deploy, image, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform hardware break/fix support and equipment replacements.
• Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow.
• Support technology rollouts and day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations.
