Job summary

Arcare is seeking a skilled, personable, and enthusiastic IT Field Technician to join the team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and network services; install and configure systems, servers, and peripherals; and collaborate with the IT Senior Field Technician as needed to ensure smooth IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related experience, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 12 months of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, communication equipment, and network services.
• Proactively install and configure computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment.
• Provide support from the IT Senior Field Technician as needed to ensure smooth operation of technology services.
