Job summary

Red Knight Solutions is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Charlottesville, VA. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services across client products, requiring basic to moderately complex troubleshooting per established guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a technical school certification or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
