Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Desktop Support / Help Desk Technician in Oklahoma City, onsite, to support users across office and field environments. You will handle hardware, software, and networking issues with a mix of remote and on-site troubleshooting.

The role requires 2+ years in desktop support or 4+ years with a HS diploma, will involve travel to remote locations, and on-call rotation. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support experience or 4+ years with a HS diploma/GED.
• Experience with Windows OS, desktops, and peripherals.
• Familiar with Active Directory and user administration.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist users with Microsoft applications and account access.
• Image, configure, and deploy computers and devices.
• Support AD and basic user administration.
• Diagnose LAN/WAN issues and basic network connectivity.
• Handle tickets via phone and ticketing systems.
• Travel to field locations for onsite support.
