Job summary

Enable Ministry Partners is seeking a mission-minded Field Engineer to deliver on-site and remote IT support for church clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will troubleshoot a broad range of issues, coordinate projects, and maintain a professional, client-focused presence on site.

The role requires 3+ years of IT support, strong Microsoft 365 and AD/Entra ID skills, Windows/macOS proficiency, and solid networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT support role handling Tier II–III tickets.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user/group management.
• Proficient with Active Directory/Entra ID and ticketing systems.
• Solid Windows and macOS support and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with Windows Server and virtualization (Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of AD security groups, GPOs, and print servers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs. background check.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to Enable clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software across environments.
• Build client relationships with active listening and empathy.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
