Sentinel Technologies, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Customer Engineer to provide on-site IT support at client locations.

You will troubleshoot and repair desktops and laptops, perform software imaging, and ensure systems are secure and fully functional. This full-time, on-site role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, car for travel between sites, and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in similar role.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware.
• Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for a long period of time.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment.
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude.
