Job summary
Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engineer to join our team and provide on-site technical assistance to our customer at Milwaukee, WI.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and repair desktops and laptops, perform software re-imaging, and ensure systems are fully functional and secure. This full-time, on-site role requires exceptional customer service, teamwork, and a professional client presence.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in similar role.
- A+ Certification preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware.
- Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment.
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude.
