Job summary

FIT Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our onsite client support team in San Diego. You will diagnose complex technical issues and deliver excellent service across Windows Server, AD, networking, and cloud platforms.

Role emphasizes proactive relationship management, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Onboarding clients, implementing infrastructure improvements, and maintaining security and reliability are key objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows Server environments and AD infrastructure.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues onsite and remotely.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships through proactive engineering and problem-solving.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and resolve technical issues onsite.
• Onboard new client users and document client infrastructure for the team.
• Install, configure, and maintain network elements, servers, and related equipment.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support as needed and document activities.
