SoCal Penske Dealer Group is seeking an on-site IT Support professional to ensure the efficient operation of computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain IT equipment, and provide timely solutions to support daily business operations.

The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Three years of experience in help desk, technical support, or workstation support.
• Two years of customer service experience including phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, OS, and network troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Windows OS and related applications.
• Use IT ticketing systems to document, track, prioritize, and resolve requests.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of workstations, printers, and IT equipment.
• Provide technical assistance in person, by phone, email, and remote support.
