Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Desktop Support/Field Support/Service Desk environments.
• Hands-on experience with device installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support device setup, including installation, configuration, and connectivity.
• Perform multi-device deployments (scanners, printers, workstations, related devices).
• Provide Go-Live readiness support and post-deployment stabilization for end users.
• Hypercare support using a time-and-material model to resolve issues quickly.
