Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer – L1 on a 3-month project to support a healthcare client across multiple locations in the United States.

The role requires onsite work at client locations, with responsibilities including device setup, multi-device deployments, Epic Go-Live support, and post-deployment troubleshooting. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT desktop support or field support environments.
• Hands-on experience with device installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, and workstations.

Responsibilities

• Support device setup, including installation, configuration, and connectivity.
• Perform multi-device deployments across printers, scanners, workstations, and related devices.
• Provide Epic Go-Live support and readiness assistance during deployment phases.
• Post-deployment stabilization and troubleshooting for all deployed devices.
• Provide Hypercare support using a T&M model for rapid issue resolution.
