You will handle device installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting, including printers, scanners, and end-user workstations, with Go-Live and Hypercare support.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Desktop Support / Field Support / Service Desk environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with device installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting printers, scanners, workstations, and other end-user devices.
- Healthcare/clinical environment experience is a plus.
- Epic Go-Live or Hypercare experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support device setup, installation, configuration, and connectivity.
- Perform multi-device deployments including scanners, printers, workstations, and related devices.
- Provide Epic Go-Live support and readiness assistance for end-user deployment phases.
- Perform post-deployment stabilization and troubleshooting for deployed devices.
- Provide Hypercare support using a T&M model for rapid issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues in a healthcare environment.
- Work onsite at client locations.
