Qualifications

• Experience handling call queues and remote/on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and assist clients remotely, in-office, and on-site.
• Rotate between phone support and field work on a bi-weekly schedule.
• Track on-site requests and ensure timely responses.
• Document activities and expenses in ConnectWise and other systems.
• Provide on-site hardware maintenance and client system installations.
