Job summary

Netorbit Inc seeks an IT Desktop, Classroom & Event Technology Support specialist to provide onsite desktop, classroom, AV, and event technology support for Dickinson Law Advantica Building at University Park, PA.

This 6-month assignment onsite, with possible extension, requires hands-on AV systems, Zoom and hybrid meetings, and strong customer-service skills to assist faculty and staff.

Local candidates only; overtime may be required for events and occasional travel to Carlisle location.

Qualifications

• Desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on AV/classroom technology experience.
• Experience with Zoom and hybrid meetings.
• Knowledge of audio, video, cameras, displays, and integrated AV systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and podium computer support to faculty and staff.
• Troubleshoot classroom AV systems, including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, and cameras.
• Support Zoom, hybrid, and two-location classes.
• Ensure classroom recording and room audio are functioning properly.
• Set up and support technology for classes, meetings, and events.
• Operate and monitor audio/video equipment during live events.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and minimize classroom/event disruptions.
• Provide basic technical assistance and user support.
