Job summary

HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is hiring an Associate IT Desktop Analyst to provide entry-level desktop support for devices, systems, and end users. You will work with experienced analysts to build foundational skills and gradually take on more responsibilities.

Based at the Bloomington Corporate Office, this full-time role requires on-site presence, travel between HealthPartners locations as needed, and participation in an on-call rotation to support projects and operational needs.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT/CS or related field.
Valid drivericense and vehicle for travel between HealthPartners locations.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Foundational desktop support knowledge.

Responsibilities

Responds to desktop and end user incidents or service requests.
Participates with workstation and end user computing device installation and configuration activities.
Provides incident or problem diagnosis; ensuring workstation and end user computing device performance issues are resolved.
Partners with Desktop Support Analysts to support and maintain end user computing devices.
May participate on end user computing projects.
On-call rotation is required.
