City Electric Supply is seeking an Deskside Support specialist for an onsite role in Port St. Lucie, FL. You will be the first point of contact for end users, performing first level fixes and gathering details to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in deskside support, strong communication skills, and solid MS Office knowledge. This position involves occasional travel to Headquarters and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a deskside support role.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and minor networking.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented with positive coworker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take initial calls and on-site requests and create tickets.
• Provide onsite support to internal users.
• Gather information to identify root cause.
• Troubleshoot by researching symptoms and documenting steps.
• Apply hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Escalate to Level 2 when needed.
• Follow up on tickets until full resolution.
• Guide users through problem solving clearly.
• Work with team and departmental standards.
• Travel occasionally to Headquarters for meetings and trainings.
