You will be the first contact for end users, resolving basic hardware and software issues and guiding users through problem-solving steps. You’ll gather details, document actions, and ensure timely ticket closure.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to Headquarters for meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant technical field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Take initial calls and in person requests and create tickets.
• Provide onsite support to internal customers.
• Gather information to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot by researching symptoms and documenting steps.
• Escalate to Level 2 when needed and follow up until resolution.
