TEEMA is seeking a Contract IT Service Desk Support Technician in Mobile, AL to join a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. This onsite role supports a major workstation refresh and end-user deployments with hands-on technical work and a strong focus on customer service.

You will configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems, install software, transfer data from legacy devices, and provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop, laptop, or workstation deployments in a professional environment.
• Familiarity with Active Directory user administration and account support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, and printer installations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and peripheral issues.
• Ability to manage repetitive technical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems.
• Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration.
• Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems.
• Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation installations with proper cable management.
• Document and manage support requests using ServiceNow.
• Provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts and installations.
